UFS BUSINESS SCHOOL NEW MANAGERS PROGRAMME
The main objective of the New Managers Programme is to assist employees in making a successful transfer from their current work levels to that of management. This can be achieved by explaining and practicing the principles of management in order to help the student develop into a self-reliant and creative manager. The programme can be customised and offered for companies across South Africa.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• Supervisors and potential rst-level managers with a minimum of two years’ supervising experience and/or a manager’s recommendation.

ASSESSMENT
LEARNING OUTCOME AND ARTICULATION
After the successful completion of the programme, the student will receive a certi cate (NQF level 5) issued and endorsed by the UFS. The New Managers Programme carries credits towards the Higher Certi cate in Management Development and therefore forms part of the learning path offered to UFS Business School students.
