HOW DO I SUBMIT MY ASSIGNMENTS

Your assignments are submitted online via our OLG4Me student portal platform. Assignment submissions will have a DRAFT status to allow you to make amendments. When you have successfully submitted your assignment your assignment status will change to “SUBMIITED”

WHERE IS MY EXAM VENUE?

We no longer facilitate physical sit down examinations. All examinations are conducted online and an examination venue is no longer required.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY EXAMINATION TIMETABLE?

Please note timetables are not posted to students and must be downloaded from the OLG4ME portal. If you have an issue, please e-mail your request, with your student number, to enquiry@olg.co.za or fax 086 501 0099.

HOW DO I OBTAIN MY EXAM RESULTS?

Exam results can be downloaded from the OLG4ME portal.

WHAT IS THE REMARKING PROCEDURE OF AN EXAM SCRIPT?

You may apply for an examination remarking if you failed your exam and obtained a mark between 36 -39 %. The remarking fee for a script is R500 for 2020/2021. WHERE AND HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MY EXAM SCOPE OR PREVIOUS EXAM PAPERS?

Exam scopes are not available and at least one past exam paper is loaded onto the OLG4ME portal.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS I.E. CELL NUMBER, ADDRESS?

Students can complete the biographic details change form and fax it to 086 501 0099 or email us directly at enquiry@olg.co.za

WHERE CAN I FORM A CHAT GROUP WITH OTHER STUDENTS?

A discussion forum is accessible on the OLG4ME platform.

HOW FAR IS OLG WITH MY REGISTRATION OR RE-REGISTRATION?

Our turnaround time for registration is 4-7 working days provided that all supporting documents are submitted and correct. Students will receive a SMS once they are fully registered.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STUDY MATERIAL?

Study material is dispatched and delivered in 24-72 hours via a courier. Study material queries are to be directed to enquiry@olg.co.za.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STUDY MATERIAL THAT IS ON BACK ORDER?

You  will  receive  your  back  order  study  material  within  a  month,  once  the  back  order  has  been processed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES OLG OFFER?

Payment Plan:

 A deposit of R6500 is payable

A monthly Debit order deducted over 6 or 10 consecutive months

Your account is debited on the date you have chosen on your debit order mandate form

FUNDI:

 We provide you with a FUNDI application form and submit it on your behalf.

HOW AND WHERE CAN I REQUEST A QUOTATION/PROGRESS REPORT/ACADEMIC RECORD/SPECIFIED ACCOUNT/PROOF OF REGISTRATION?

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLING MY PROGRAMME?

Kindly refer to the terms and conditions on the application form. Cancellation will only be considered between the date the agreement is entered into( i.e. when application form is signed) and the date of registration. Once material has been dispatched, usually within 7 days of registration, the student will become liable for cancellation fees. Cancellation is only possible within the first 30 days after registration. Thereafter the full program fees will be charged.

Please note that credit application costs are applicable. Speak to a consultant to obtain a quote.

HOW CAN I APPLY FOR CREDITS?

You will need to forward us the following documents:

  • A letter indicating that you want to apply for credits or fill in the credit application form found in your Information Booklet. You must indicate which modules you are applying for.
  • Proof that you have completed the programme (Qualification Certificate).
  • Description of the outcomes of the modules that have been completed.
  • Please send the credit application form to enquiry@olg.co.za or fax it to 086 501 0099.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE?

You will receive your certificate at the Graduation Ceremony. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, your certificate can be posted to you after the last graduation.
